Refund Policy

Refunds follow the same timeline as our cancellation policy.

When a Refund Applies

• 30 days prior to the booking date, you can avail a full refund.
• Day 1 to day 29 — you receive a credit note valid for the next 3 months, usable on experiential dining only.
• Same-day and last-minute cancellations are not possible; 100% of the amount is charged on a non-refundable basis.
• Add-ons cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount typically appears within 5–7 working days of approval.
