Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please read the terms below before booking.

Cancellation Timeline

• 30 days prior to the booking date, you can avail a full refund.
• Day 1 to day 29 — you receive a credit note valid for the next 3 months, usable on experiential dining only.
• Same-day and last-minute cancellations are not possible; 100% of the amount is charged on a non-refundable basis.
• Add-ons cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Good to Know

• Prices shown are for a couple. Extra persons are chargeable.
• Extra person: ₹1,500 per head for day use; ₹5,000 per head for night stay (same for visitors).
• Smoke effect, cake and rose bouquet are not included in any package — they are shown for reference and available as add-ons.
• Food served: 1 mocktail, 1 soup, 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts — unlimited on chosen items.
• The menu is chef-prepared and selectable on the spot.
